Broadway Blend whole beans coffee
Broadway blend coffee is a dark roast and has been roasted for a longer period of time at a higher temperature than medium or light roast coffee. The result is a coffee with a dark brown or almost black appearance, with a stronger and bolder flavor profile than lighter roasts. The beans for dark roast coffee are roasted until the first cracks or pops are heard. The beans are then allowed to roast for a longer time until they reach the desired level of darkness.
Broadway blend coffee is a smoky or charred flavor, with less acidity and a more pronounced bitterness. It may also have hints of chocolate, caramel, and other flavors that are developed during the roasting process. Some people prefer dark roast coffee for its bold flavor and lower acidity.
